Growing up in south Louisiana, I developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age. It was a way of life for us as a family and every weekend was either spent in the woods hunting or on the lake fishing. I began fishing tournaments after graduating from high school and it was my time in College fishing for Tarleton State University that gave me the opportunity to pursue a career fishing at the professional level. Upon graduating, I moved to Sam Rayburn Reservoir in East Texas and spend typically 9 months out of the year traveling to events across the country! In the off season, I enjoy spending time deer hunting and catching up with friends and family.
