REEL PARTS, SERVICE, AND WARRANTY

Contact an Authorized Service Center below for all your reel parts and service needs.

PARTS

• Search Manuals and Schematics for Part Number or Schematic Key Number for your reel. 
• Contact Center of your choice for part prices terms, and availability (see below for options)

SERVICE

• Complete Service Repair Form for each reel, enclose with reel(s), and ship to the Service Center of your choice.
• Ensure and obtain a tracking number for your shipment to the center.  Service Centers are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Service times vary by season.  Contact the service center of your choice for current service times.  Allow a minimum 3-weeks.  Rush service may be available for a fee.
• Service and Shipping rates are established by the Service Center and may vary among Centers.

WARRANTY

• Only AWSC designated Service Centers are authorized to provide repair services under factory warranty.
• AWSCs validate warranty eligibility.
• You will be contacted if AWSC is unable to repair your reel under warranty when warranty is requested on the Service Repair Form.
