The Lew's Speed Sticks, in addition to bass models, offer a wide selection of lengths and actions specifically designed for walleye and trout/panfish. Anglers will enjoy premium IM8 graphite blanks, Lew’s exclusive skeletal reel seats, and Fuji Concept O guides. Full length cork grips and foregrips with Duracork inlay can be found in each model. Walleye trolling models feature heat shrink handles with a cork grip area to them to easily come out of rod holders, but still offer a comfortable grip.

Featuring a premium HM40 blank finished in a beautiful satin pearl finish, the TP1X rod series now comes with Lew’s® exclusive skeletal reel seats in a matching pearlized finish. For comfort and performance, the rod is built with charcoal colored Winn® Dri-Tac split-grip handles, and stainless-steel guides with aluminum oxide inserts are anchored with matching charcoal colored guide wraps. CUSTOM LITE BAITCAST REEL

Weighing in at just 4.9 ounces, the Custom Lite SLP baitcast reel is the lightest reel ever produced by Lew’s. The Custom Lite SLP features a proprietary Tanso Tech™ frame and a titanium, anodized aircraft-grade Duralumin 30mm spool that can pick up 28” of line per handle turn. On the engineering side, this piece of equipment features an 11-bearing system with Lews’ P2 Super Pinion, which provides better gear mesh for smoother cranking, longer casts and extended gear life. Matched with the externally adjustable 6-pin, 27-position QuietCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking (ACB) system, the bowed, lightweight 95mm carbon fiber handle with EVA paddle knobs keeps things light and comfortable while on the water.

BB1 PRO BAITCAST REEL

Ever fine tuning, Team Lew’s has redefined exceptionalism with upgrades to a fan favorite with the introduction of the new BB1 Pro LFS Baitcasting Reel. The BB1 Pro has been a mainstay on the professional angling circuit since its introduction in 2012. The new BB1 Pro offers additional features for anglers who are serious about their pursuits, including an ergonomically tapered lightweight aluminum frame with graphite side plates, and Lew’s new custom paddle grips. These elements are a must for long hours on the water under tough fishing conditions, when comfort and ease of use are critical. What sets the BB1 Pro LFS apart is the performance of the 27-position QuietCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking System, delivering precise control of spool breaking and exceptional casting. An additional feature on the BB1 Pro LFS is the dual stage titanium-coated line guide, which is positioned farther away from the spool for reduced line friction and maximized casting performance. The new BB1 Pro LFS Baitcast reel is available in three gear ratios a 6:2:1, 7.5:1 and a 8.3:1 ratio. The 6.2:1 and 7.5:1 gear ratio models are also available in left-hand models.

TEAM LEW'S PRO SP SKIPPING & PITCHING BAITCAST REEL

From the mind of professional angler Andy Montgomery and the engineering team at Lew’s comes the new Team Lew’s Pro SP Skipping and Pitching reel. The super shallow spool holds 40 yards of 20-pound-test fluorocarbon for faster spool start up and reduced deep spool backlashes. The innovative Knot Slot recesses the spool knot so you have smooth, even line lay. The externally adjustable QuietCast® ACB system includes a special “Skipping Zone” to maximize distance and reduce backlash when skipping a bait under a dock. The result is a reel that has all the performance of a Lew’s reel, finely tuned for skipping and pitching. According to Montgomery, “This reel let’s me skip a bait further and with less backlash than ever before.”
